A2P / 10DLC Delivery Verification
Independent, evidence-backed proof that your A2P/10DLC messages actually reached a real phone on a real carrier network.

Without independent verification you cannot tell whether a carrier filtered/blocked a message from whether your own system failed to send it, and you have no neutral evidence to raise with your provider.

Witnio never registers 10DLC on your behalf — authorized_senders must already be approved with your carrier.
O que roda
- Runs push-triggered by an inbound A2P event to the authorized number, correlated against authorized_senders within the expected window, up to max_concurrency=2 (one unit = one outbound sender registration, not the phone).
- Fault profiles covered: network_loss, adb_loss, reboot, sim_anomaly, carrier_degraded, service_restart, evidence_upload_failure — each maps to a failure_class and a recovery_actions_json entry on the run.
- A message that never arrives inside the correlation window is recorded as not_observed with evidence, never silently dropped.

Autonomia
Designed to run unattended end to end (correlation, evidence, alert). Not yet measured: this is a new product with no probe built and zero qualified backtests yet, so `sellable_eligible` is False by design until real evidence exists — see Known limitations.
