Witnio never registers 10DLC on your behalf — authorized_senders must already be approved with your carrier.

  • Runs push-triggered by an inbound A2P event to the authorized number, correlated against authorized_senders within the expected window, up to max_concurrency=2 (one unit = one outbound sender registration, not the phone).
  • Fault profiles covered: network_loss, adb_loss, reboot, sim_anomaly, carrier_degraded, service_restart, evidence_upload_failure — each maps to a failure_class and a recovery_actions_json entry on the run.
  • A message that never arrives inside the correlation window is recorded as not_observed with evidence, never silently dropped.
