Voice / Call Assurance
Verify your outbound calls to Latin America actually ring a real handset — caller ID and labels as received, signed evidence.
- 1 target, 1,000 checks / month
- Up to 1,000 calls / month
- 500 device-minutes / month
- 1 GB evidence storage
- 90-day retention
The problem
Without independent verification you don't know if your calls to Latin America ring a real handset, or which caller ID and label that handset shows.
Who it is for
Any company that originates voice calls (verification, collections, support) to real numbers and needs to confirm the call really rings, with evidence of caller ID and the label shown.
What you send us
| Field | Format | Validation |
|---|---|---|
| country_code | 2-letter code | Required; picks the receiving number and must be one of your plan’s included corridors |
| authorized_senders | Array, min 1: E.164 calling numbers | No wildcard/empty entries; count capped by your plan’s included_senders |
| expected_caller_name | Free text, max 200 chars | Optional — length + control-character check only |
What runs
- The worker observes an inbound call from the authorized number on a real receiving device: caller ID received (masked), visible name/label, call state and duration, and any Spam/Scam label shown by the dialer when the call log is read.
- Fault profiles covered by real backtests: none (baseline), network_loss, adb_loss, reboot — Critical tier, >=1,000 qualified backtests required.
What you get
- One MonitorRun per call
- Evidence
- Alerts
- Dashboard/API per plan

Autonomy
Runs unattended per observed call.
Compliance
Calls are observed on the declared corridor of the receiving number; the access method (native, roaming, Wi-Fi calling) is recorded in the evidence and the result is never presented as a measurement of any country network performance, and says nothing about how recipients in the US, Europe or other regions see your calls.
Evidence
Known limitations
- Observes calls on the receiving phones of the corridor served today; the receiving number is assigned per plan.
- Does not certify audio quality or a telephony SLA.
- The caller ID and label are those shown by the receiving handset in Latin America. They do not show how recipients in the US, Europe or other regions see your calls.
- The Spam/Scam label is recorded as shown by the dialer at read time (when the call log is read), not continuously while the phone rings.
- Time-to-ring is not measured yet: there is no API for your system to tell us when it placed the call.
- Activation requires proof that you control your company domain (a DNS TXT record shown after payment). If your account e-mail is on a free provider (Gmail, Outlook...), we verify your company manually, usually within 1 business day.
