Who it is for

A Monitor OTP/SMS customer (or another core product with evidence) who needs a sealed, verifiable evidence package for their own audit or internal control.

• Once a month, the worker packages the base product’s deterministic run data into a signed evidence manifest (Ed25519 + JCS + key id) with an incident summary, trends, and exceptions, and e-mails your report recipients a sealed HTML report plus a signed JSON manifest, verifiable publicly.
• When AI is enabled, the AI Router (never a direct provider call) adds an executive summary and incident classification, always labeling each line FACT or INFERENCE — it never invents a metric.
• Failure modes: evidence_capture_failed, evidence_upload_failure, or an AI Router integration failure — fail-closed, so no summary is ever published without its underlying signed manifest.
